Overview

Our IT Professional Services company is seeking an entry-level Corporate HR/Recruiter to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing Federal Program. We need a team of highly specialized and talented sales professionals who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for expansion.  The successful candidate will facilitate the recruitment process and provide HR support. If you are sharp, professional, and sales-oriented, we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Review resource requisitions and identify key skills, attributes and experience to be found
  • Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
  • Screen potential candidates through interviews and reference check
  • Review and analyze resumes, and document assessment
  • Assist with the hiring process of potential IT professionals, attending and conducting interviews with team leads
  • Work with candidates and staffing agencies to identify new talent
  • Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job
  • Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
  • Attend weekly meetings and provide status updates on staffing related tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong written communicator using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Desired to have 1+ years’ recruiting experience for Information Technology (IT) professional service industry, preferred but not required.
